Tuition fees
Refer to each individual course description
for tuition fees.
Tuition fees include the provision of a course workbook,
morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
Tuition fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive
of GST.
UTS will not be responsible for any travel and or accommodation
arrangements or reimbursements.
Course deposits
UTS will accept a down payment to secure a course position
and flexible payment terms can be negotiated. Please contact
us to discuss this.
Payment methods
UTS currently accepts direct deposits, cheques and credit
card (VISA, MasterCard) as methods of payment. Details for
payment are below. All transactions must be made in Australian
dollars (AU$) and include GST.

Credit Card
UTS accepts payment by VISA and MasterCard only. Please
fill in the details as per the registration form or
contact us directly. A 2%
surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Registration deadlines
Closing date for all courses is 14 days prior
to the start date of the course.
Full payment must accompany all registrations lodged less
than 30 days prior to the course start date.
Early registration is advised as places are limited.
Registrations are confirmed on a 'first come first served'
based on payment status.
A letter with full administrative details and receipt will
be sent to you confirming registration and receipt of payment.
This guarantees your place on the nominated course. Please
call us if special payment arrangements need to be made.
Cancellation policy
If not able to attend a UTS course, you can nominate to send
a substitute in your place. Confirmation of this should be
made in writing
Confirm your cancellation in writing more than
thirty days prior to the event and receive a
90 per cent registration refund
(including GST).
Confirm your cancellation in writing less than
thirty days prior to the event and receive a
50 per cent refund (including GST).
Regrettably no refunds can be made less than 7
days prior to the event or during the course.
Once the course has commenced, no refund of tuition
fees is possible under any circumstances.
Privacy policy
The personal information provided by you and collected by
UTS will be added to our database and will be used to provide
you with further information about UTS events and services
unless you indicate otherwise. Your contact details remain
with UTS and will not be forwarded to any third party for
any reason without your written permission. If you do not
wish to be on our database, or your details have changed please

Disclaimer
A participant in a training course provided by Ultrasound
Training Solutions Pty Ltd (UTS) acknowledges and agrees
that it is a condition of participating in an ultrasound training
course provided by UTS that UTS and all of its employees,
servants or agents are, to the fullest extent permitted by
law, excluded from any and all liability for injury or damage
caused, connected to or however arising (including any liability
for negligence and/or breach of duty) from the participant’s
use of ultrasound equipment whether or not such use is during
their participation in a course provided by UTS or at any
time after their participation in a course provided by UTS.
